Transform a large backyard space into a complete 4-bedroom rental property for an investment-focused client. The brief was to maximise the available space and rental return potential while delivering a high-standard home that would be ready for immediate tenancy.

Challenges:

Working within the constraints of a backyard site while achieving a 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom layout plus an internal garage. The design needed to optimise space efficiency without compromising livability for future tenants. Coordinating all trades to deliver a complete turnkey solution – from foundation to final landscaping – required careful sequencing and project management. Ensuring the property met all rental compliance requirements while maintaining cost efficiency in line with the client’s investment goals.
