Before we start on site you will meet the team that will be working on your home. You will have access to our project management software giving you real-time progress on site and access any decisions that need to be made. We will also have weekly onsite meetings to go over the work in progress.

To ensure the quality of your home is superior to others we only use trustworthy suppliers and sub-contactors as well as using our 151-point quality insurance check sheet throughout your build.
3. Fixed Price
We only use fixed price quotes and contracts so what you sign up for is what you pay. Unless you change your mind on certain items which we can accommodate.
4. Timeline
We will provide you with a timeline for your project before we start so you can see the different stages of your project and when we are going to finish.
5. Master Builder Guarantee
We will provide you with a standard 10-year master builder guarantee on every project, so you can be sure you are fully protected.
